When Speedplay asked me to come try their workout, there was no way I was missing out! They use HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), which makes you burn up to 900 calories during the class, and you keep burning them up to 48 hours later! How badass is that?!?! This is why HIIT training is probably my favorite type of workout. It’s a 60 minute fast paced workout that “alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief periods of rest to maximize calorie burn.”
I got to train with Anna, and she was every single bit of amazing! She made sure everyone was using the correct form, super motivational, and she had great music that kept me going!! It might sound intimidating, but in the class you go at your own pace, you’re challenging yourself, so anyone from beginners to serious athletes can do this! Just like in your everyday life, it’s all up to you and how much of a superhero you wanna be.
